Recipe: Thai Curry Colada



  • 1 ounce Coconut Water
  • 2 ounce Captain Jerry’s Rum
  • 1 ounce Carrot Juice
  • 1 ounce Curry Falernum (Steep 1 tblsp curry in 1 cup falernum overnight and strain)
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 3 spoons Thickened Coconut Milk, Unsweetened
  • 5 drops Tiki Bitters


  • Baby Carrots
  • Carrot Top

Combine all ingredients and shake in a shaker. Pour entire contents in glass over ice. Garnish with baby carrot sliced in half, and top of carrot.
